In reviewing your Motion to Compel and its accompanying paperwork dated May 10 2010 under case number RF09490837 you name Jonathan Cullen as Petitioner and Matthew Martinez as Respondent: that is not true.
In case number RF09490837 Matthew Martinez is the Petitioner and Jonathan Cullen is Respondent.
Why can you not keep these basic facts straight?
And it also appears that you are filing paperwork in case RG09490120 as Cullen v Martinez: Case number RG09490120 is Tharsing v Cullen.
Again I ask why are you so confused?
And why is your Declaration filed with the court on May 10, 2010 for case number RF09477027 different from the copies served on Mr. Tharsing and myself?
Now it appears that you are trying to not only confuse me but the court clerks as well.
Do you think you can gain some kind of advantage by this kind of dishonesty?
Here is the biggest mystery of all: Who are Mary Alice Beckler, Benjamin F. Beckler, Jr., Kimberly Ann Barber, Benjamin F. Beckler III, Suzanne Tweddell and Betsy Ostrow?
And why are they now associated with Cullen v Martinez?
As with all of your previous “mistakes” I have brought these to the attention of the California State Bar for their ongoing investigation of your incompetence.
